2023-11-23T00:00:00My two kitties share a Poopie Bin. I know it is best for them to have separate litter boxes. However, I have had several cats in the past and they all shared litter boxes just fine. I ensure I clean the boxes out several times per day. I use natural clay litter. I do not use the clumping litter - the particles are very small and can be easily ingested. The natural clay little is easy to clean and when used in conjunction with the Arm and Hammer Cat Litter Deodorizer, it smells rather clean and nice. It apparently is safe to use, since my cats do not get ill or ingest. I do a total empty and refill of littler every two to three days. The clay litter is the cheapest as well. I also have an air purifier in the same room as the Poopie Bin. No scented candles. No scented plugins. No sprays. I've asked several people who visited me if they smell the kitty litter. They all mentioned they could not tell which room the kitty litter was in. They also said they could not smell the litter at all. I know they were being honest because I have genuinely honest friends. Just remember, whenever the Poopie Bin is thoroughly cleaned, a furry friend uses it almost immediately afterwards. It is like clockwork! -

2024-03-29T00:00:00Most cost effective and works great! It has a nice clean fresh scent that you control the level of scent to by how much you put in. It absolutely helps clear away any scent from felines using the bathroom! Makes the litter last longer as well! My two cats have had no problems with it. Just make sure you mix in it in the litter and don't just leave it sitting on top! -

2022-04-07T00:00:00I love love love this stuff. It really does deodorize, and it does it well. At one point I had a cat with renal failure (they pee a lot), two kittens, and two other adult cats (5 cats in total) and people would be shocked when I told them how many I had because my house always smelled so nice. Before I purchased my litter robots I would put this on the litter after cleaning it and it would help eliminate smells. It did make one of my cats sneezy so I would mix it into the litter rather than having it sit on top. This would reduce the effect somewhat, but still work. Now I have my litter robots and only need to take the litter out once a week, I will sprinkle this deodorizer into the catch bin rather than on the litter itself if I start to smell anything and it eliminates the smell. -

2023-06-07T00:00:00My husband wanted a cat and I was not thrilled about the idea of a litter box. I quickly had my concerns validated with how bad they can smell!! I was skeptical about this product but needed to try something and this was inexpensive so I thought why not. Using on my cat’s Crystal litter in the Scoop Free litter box and I’m pretty amazed. The litter box company boasts that w/ 1 cat households the Crystal litter boxes should last around 30 days but we were only able to use around 14-15 due to smell and that stuff was expensive! Now with this litter deodorizer we are able to push our full litter changes to be every 21-30 days and the smell is gone. It seems too good to be true but I will definitely keep purchasing. I am just sprinkling over the Crystal litter each week and so far so good! This is going to save me a lot of money (from frequent Crystal litter changes) and I’m so happy the litter smell is gone!

2023-01-02T00:00:00This really does work as stated. I don't use very much because I'm always scared with cats having sensitive noses and so many scents being bad for them. This is safe for them and doesn't have scents that are bad for them, but nonetheless that's always my thought process, voice in the back of my head when using anything besides litter. Even with only using a light sprinkle every few days, this stuff really helps odors. That's really important to me now that I have more than 1 and they all like to run to each others boxes to use whenever they have a chance. It extends cleaning times. It's less powdery than regular baking soda and has a light pleasant scent to it. It's a great value for the money

2024-04-15T00:00:00I wanted to try this and compare it to the fresh pet crystals. Overall, this covers the smell much better and seems to last a lot longer. I used to have to sprinkle crystals every other time I scoop (every other day), but with this I can go about 4-5 days without sprinkling. It does tend to stay at the bottom of the litter box but that doesn't seem to be a problem, I guess everytime my cat paws around it disturbs the powder and activates the deodorizer again? I use it with pellet litter but I'm sure it would work just as well with sand.

Ich würde mir wünschen, dass der Frischeeffekt etwas länger anhält, nichtsdestotrotz tut was es soll, den Streutausch etwas rauszögern und beim einen oder anderen Katzeneinsatz die Lage auffrischen. Würde es weiterempfehlen!

2024-08-08T00:00:00I have a Petree Gen 2 litter box, and before this, I tried in-built Petree deodorizer and every type of deodoriser beads with tofu pet litter—coffee, charcoal, lavender, you name it. None of them worked. I switched to using sand and Arm & Hammer cat litter three days ago, and it's the best thing ever.
