Because of the price difference and other people's review/recommendation on Amazon, I started trying making bread in several other American/Japanese bread machines (Oster CKSTBRTW20-NP, Zojirushi BB-CEC20BA and Conair Cuisinart CBK-100). I am happy to report that I have finally found THE ONE! I whole-heartedly recommend this machine - the results are night and day when compared to this Japanese one. The bread is very soft and of very nice texture, truly tasty, even the crust is very soft and full of flavor. The timer function makes it very easy to enjoy freshly baked bread every morning. I especially love the auto dispenser for the yeast and for the fruit and nut, which eliminated the complicated process of adding stuff and saves you waiting time. So, I normally just put all the ingredients into the bread pan, set the bread machine timer for the same time I wake up in the morning, press "Start", and I will go to sleep. Yes, it's that simple and trustworthy. This machine is so solidly built, it does not wobble/walk at the mixing/kneading stage at all! I couldn't help but wonder, if I never went through the process of comparing, I would never realized what a great deal I have missed. This one is a hands down winner! -

2022-12-28T00:00:00Excellent. Bread is awesome. If I need to find something that is not good, it would be the sound it makes when the machine drops yeast (I may wake up at night), which is such a minor problem. That much this is great. Thank you.

2020-05-09T00:00:00This product was fine for the first three months. After the first month it started working a lot. One night I was using it the motor in the machine wobbled it so much that it fell of the countertop pushing off a large vase. At the start of the night it was touching the wall yet some how it still wobbled off the countertop! I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone! The customer service is equally bad.
