2024-07-19T00:00:00I love this thing! Cleans super well! One complaint is that you have to empty the tank a lot. If you fill the clean water reservoir all the way for deep clean you’ll have to empty the dirty water tank halfway through before the clean tank is empty. Would be nice if the tank was able to hold all the dirty water from a full clean tank so you didn’t have to stop and empty it. It is loud, louder than a vacuum, but I wouldn’t expect it to be quiet. I used it while my 13mo was sleeping in the other room and she didn’t wake up so good enough for me. The antibacterial solution that comes with it kind of stinks, I’m not sure what exactly the smell is, but it’s not great. It goes away eventually though. Overall I think this is a great machine for the price! Very easy to assemble and figure out, you hear the suction noise change and sound kind of clogged when it’s time to empty the dirty water tank. After my area rug dried I did find that in some spots I could feel a residue from the cleaning solution on it, in the future I will make a final pass with just water in hopes of removing any remaining residue of the cleaning solution. The handheld attachments are very easy to use. I cleaned a very dirty ottoman that my kid uses as a snack table and it worked wonders on it. The water that comes out of the handheld hose is not heated but it works very well. End result was a very clean ottoman and a tank of very brown water, after only about a 10 min clean. Very satisfied with this purchase! -

2024-12-17T00:00:00Great performance from this carpet cleaner. Hood suction and does a fantastic job on my white carpet. Mind you, I have 2 men who are landscapers and 2 cats so I have to have a durable, efficient machine. This one is very maneuverable, easy to fill and empty. Cleaning it is not a chore. Seems built to last. Highly recommend. Its a very good value.

2023-11-19T00:00:00I bought this to extend the life of our existing carpet until we can replace it all, and to keep future carpet routinely cleaner. I used this on our living room carpet today and I am amazed with the results. We had some serious staining and the carpet looks almost brand new. There were only a few really ground in spots I couldn’t get all the way out. I added pictures - each one is the before and after, but they don’t do it justice. Results are way better in person.

2023-11-22T00:00:00I read a lot of reviews, wasn't sure what to purchase or how good it would be. This machine is amazing! It may sound disgusting however, follow directions for deep cleaning, the clean solution goes down, back and forth twice at a slow pace, and the amount of black water being sucked up from the rug was shocking and amazing. This is not like rug shampooers from years ago that kind of swirl bristles and wet the rug . This is a methodical cleaning machine . You can see the difference from where you just went over the rug and where you are heading. The solution is heated, the rug is not wet when done, and the results are satisfying
