2025-01-16T00:00:00The parts do not match, making it impossible to assemble the storage box. I tried many times, different ways, and still, nothing matches. I called and emailed their customer service information (as indicated in the manual) and heard back, after more than 8 days, that they did not have the parts to replace the defective product. Basically, it is a defective product that cannot be assembled, repaired, or replaced. They also said that they would only refund the purchase through a paypal account, which seemed very shady, as the purchased was done through a credit card at Amazon. Hope Amazon will increase the scrutiny of not only the quality of the products it sells but also the integrity of customer service of such products.

2024-07-02T00:00:00So easy to assemble. Took me 15min max. Good easy weight to move around with the wheels. Put my chairs and shovel in there, still have a lot of space to put more stuff in. Looks great on my deck. I have had others so I assume the waterproof will work just fine. I went with this on a deal so cheaper than others and I am happy I did.

2023-09-30T00:00:00I wanted a place to sit or work on things and I needed a place to keep the returns while they built up enough to warrant a trip to the recycling centre. I was fed up with flats of cans and tetra packs etc. tipping over or being in the way or getting wet ... Always a problem. This unit turned out to be a perfect choice! It will hold more than 12 flats, meaning when I fill 12, I'll dump them into a bag (the magical 288 cans) and put them in the car. No counting or messing around. Meantime, it makes a perfect big side table or seat. It isn't the strongest storage box I've had but as long as it is placed on a flat level surface, it is plenty strong enough. I'd say it's a good design. I bought a second one for other recycling storage, but before I assembled it, I put the pieces in the sun for a while to soften up and that made the job so much easier! Now I have ordered a 3rd one, a smaller version. So yes, I like them!
