2024-11-02T00:00:00I was skeptical about this but gave it a try and am so glad I did! Our whole family loves the watermelon balls- both big and small ones and it probably gets the most use. We’ve had them for over a year and they are extremely durable. They sit outside, have rolls across rocks or have been left in the pool overnight and still look and perform good as new! They are definitely underwater toys (heavy and dangerous if thrown or dropped outside the water) but we haven’t tired of bouncing and passing them underwater. It’s such a unique toy and we highly recommend them! -

2024-08-08T00:00:00I wasnt sure what to think of these when my wife purchased them. We needed some new pool toys and she ordered them one day. They are great! I dont know how they came up with the idea, but they are a lot of fun and my kids love using them. The bigger watermelon ball sinks faster, bounces better and is more neutral under water. The smaller one is better for tossing around. We'd definitely buy again. So far they're very sturdy even with 5 of us playing with them.

2024-09-10T00:00:00All I ever hear when we are leaving for the pool is to make sure that I brought the ball. When we get to the pool the other kids want to know if we brought the ball. This is such an easy, fun way for kids to spend quality time in the pool together playing without any electronics necessary. The build quality and construction of this are perfect and you can travel with it just about anywhere. Plus it looks cute! We had no problem with any missing pieces as other reviews have mentioned.

2024-07-13T00:00:00Great buy for kids that need a change of pool toys. Inflates with water and takes about 5 minutes. Is the size of a watermelon and heavy. Kids loved it in a large pool with friends and in a backyard pool with siblings. Quality inflatable still shows no use.

It bounces under water well, the problem is I left it by the pool in the sun and after about a week the rubber started to get really sticky almost like it’s covered in pitch so I had to get rid of it. I would recommend as long as you put it away somewhere in between uses.

You can dribble it like a basketball in slow motion underwater, throw it underwater (it dives and moves like a torpedo), and it seems pretty durable so far. -

2020-08-24T00:00:00This watermelon ball set is an amazing purchase. We play with them almost every day and both of them are a ton of fun for all ages (we are ages 9+). It seems almost every day, one of us comes up with a new and fun game to play using them (and it encourages swimming practice without the kids knowing it). They are, by far, our favourite pool toy. Good quality, seems expensive, but they will last a long time and are totally worth it!

2020-01-06T00:00:00I bought the watermelon ball for my 14 year old grandson. They have just put in a swimming pool and I knew they would get a lot of ordinary pool toys for Christmas. I thought that this was different enough to create a bit of excitement. I wasn't wrong! The three grandchildren are all loving it and the ability to play with it underwater. It definitely outshone the other pool toys on offer! Would recommend.
