This machine is simple, well designed, and made of quality materials. No Chinesium here. In this age of chrome plated plastic faucets, brass plated zinc water hose parts, and toilet seats that wear down to the recycled tire core after a couple of scrubbings, it is good to know you can buy something that isn't designed to trick you into believing it's something it's not.

First I am old school. Nothing like a hand crank session every week making ice cream.. I chose this because it is USA made one. Its stainless also. The bucket is not old fashioned but I give it a Five star alone with the insulated packing lid. Okay the lid is a little high maybe but its lifetime and stainless also. The can and all the dasher is stainless. The center will remove and its stainless.. The gears and all the housing on this model is stainless. No grease to mess with and the bushings or all high end poly that are also machined to fit correctly. I wish I could have showed a video of my teardown at the beginning. Now this unit is a 2 gallon, I love ice cream and I share so I can put some up or give it away. That was my thought as a single man when I purchased.. Price, maybe to high for your interest. I will just say you get what you pay for. Considering past and some the other freezers, I will take this one hands down. Now I made a bucket of cream. It was good. I passed some out, well they say you should sell this stuff.. lol.. Okay. That's my honest review. Experience based on the days of farm and ranch life in the 60's growing up making cream on the porch at grandparents farms often. I spent years as a mechanic, farmer and rancher PLUS the Trucking business 40 years. I feel again, This is a very good unit. 5 Stars again.. OH<< the clean up was Amazing.. easy easy

This is the Mac Daddy of old fashioned made to last Hand crank Ice cream makers. I ordered the largest 8 qt and ended up ordering the nice heavy duty stainless lid to cover whole tub after making to stay cold. My family will enjoy this for many many years to come!!!! Update💕After the making ice cream for the past 2 Sunday’s I can honestly say this thing is like magic! My 3 year old is obsessed with the hand crank and it’s literally DONE in 20

OK, so I have owned several ice cream makers in my life and they have all fallen apart after about a season or two due to faulty parts, and general craftsmanship. Now we have only had this one for a couple of weeks, but it is a solid build all stainless steel construction, everything that I could want in an ice cream maker, and have no doubt that it will last from years to come. I know the price point is higher than some but let me tell you it’s worth it compared to buying one every year or two. I feel pretty confident that this one will be the last one I’ll ever have to buy. Thank you for making such a quality product!

Really like this ice cream maker! We’ve used it twice already and it is so easy to use. It doesn’t rust from the salt! And the bucket is so much better than the wooden and cheap plastic ones. Worth every penny!

I purchased and received this ice cream maker about 2 weeks ago. I used it for the first time today. This is a top of the line ice cream maker. Hand crank mechanism is very well built and cranks very easily till about the last 5 minutes of the run. We have used a 4qt electric Rival ice cream makers for years and the motors would always burn up after a year or 2. I was hesitant to spend so much on a ice cream maker but we make ice cream about 10 to 12 times a year and I figured this would be a product that would last a lifetime. We made 8 qts of ice cream in this machine faster than we could make 4 qts. in our old electric one. It took about the same amount of ice ,maybe just a little less. It's takes about 25 minutes to make a run of ice cream in this machine.

Ice cream tastes better when you crank it yourself. This maker is the one you need. Its plastic bucket is strong, durable, and not subject to rust or dry rot. The large size lets you make both big batches and small batches, your choice. The product design is impeccable, as is its implementation.
