2023-09-25T00:00:00I had a spill and scraped up my knees pretty badly. It was hard to figure out what kind of bandage to put on them and then I came across these. I was skeptical but I knew how hydrocolloid work and needed something on the larger size to cover the entire wound. I was able to get them delivered same day and it took a bit of trial and error to remove the bandage from the backing and then figure out the best placement, but it worked. -

2022-08-05T00:00:00This helps only if you have a recent surgery with stiches/staples removed and are really eager to jump in a swimming pool or ocean. I had a recent C-section on april 26 and I used it on june 7th on a beach trip. The adhesion wasn't great, the corners kept standing up or curling in and the package says that once the "antibiotic" thingy wears of, you'll see a blue or white line. I saw no such thing. It is a GREAT piece of silicone cover for your wounds and to go swimming.

2024-08-11T00:00:00I bought the patches to cut down to size and shape after MOHS surgery which made it much cheaper than trying to buy a shape closer to the size of my stitches. They sticks for a long time on freshly washed skin and healed super fast so I could move on to the scar cream stage.

Does not adhere well to skin even with bandage wrap due to moisture so need to change bandage during night or just before going out as it will curl, itch and bunch up. Less expensive than medical supply places. Needs to have capacity to absorb more fluid than just for a couple hours.

2021-08-14T00:00:00I scrapped my knee something good!!! Took over a month for it to heal. The scrap was very large and covered almost my entire surface area of my knee. For about 2 weeks I tried the traditional bandages, letting it breath and all of the kind of stuff. It was not healing mainly because the bandages were scratching up against the wound and reinjuring it constantly. I could hardly move my knee and it was becoming very frustrating.
