      While visiting my son's home, I noticed the tea kettle on the stove was really sticky with splattered grease cooked on the outside. I started looking through the options under the sink to see what would cut it without scratching or hurting the tea kettle. I saw the Goo Gone Grill and Grate Cleaner and sprayed it on it and watched the grease just dissolve and run down the sides! It didn't hurt the metal. However, it did not have any paint on it. So you may want to test it on an inconspicuous place before spraying the whole item to make sure it doesn't affect any paint. When my daughter in law came home she noticed the difference right away and was very excited! I also did the vent a hood and gas stove grates. She used it on her grill outside and keeps it looking just like new!

      Does a very good job of removing grease but it leaves a strong chemical smell the next time I use my Traeger grill. I’ll be going back to Traeger brand of cleaners even though it’s more expensive.

      This is a good product and it is safe to use on your grill with no lingering chemical residue. It does work well but you still need a good scrubbing brush. Disassemble your grill as much as you can taking the grates, grease deflectors, flavor bars or whatever you have, out of your grill. Clean them separately. Spray this on, wait 10 or so minutes, rinse and start scrubbing. You may need to repeat a few times. Also, I prefer to use this product after every 5-10 uses of my grill. Cleaning often make it easier and keeps your grill nice for long term use.

      Another hope... I applied as per instructions on my gas stove grids and after 10 minutes the same effect as before using. I'm wondering what kind of testing all these products undergo if it cannot take out moderate about of accumulated grease from the grids.
