2024-12-09T00:00:00I have had injuries and carpal tunnel surgery on both hands including repetitive motion issues and a genetic thing where my joints hyper extend so I need assistance. This wrist wrap/support has been helpful when needed, easy to put on and take off and to adjust. Remember to check on them periodically so you don't cut off blood supply especially if Your diabetic. I show in the pictures the wrist support with and with out my compression gloves. They can also help support the wrists while at the shooting range if you need. Just make sure you practice because of the difference in thickness and support. -

2024-11-14T00:00:00The thumb hole is a little awkward and small. Otherwise they work ok enough for sleeping in. I didn’t expect them for much more than that. I just wanted something that stayed clean so I only wear them to sleep in. I don’t think they provide enough support for much more than that.

I was looking for a cheap but sturdy wrist band I can have confidence in while rolling and this does the job perfectly. The straps do not restrict my hands and offer a good amount of support to the wrist. The simple design lets me take them on and off quickly between rounds which I appreciate. I imagine these would be good for other sports as well. Overall just a nice simple but effective wrist brace priced right. Can't really go wrong with these as a general purpose wrist brace.
