2024-09-24T00:00:00We have ordered these flowers before and they have been fabulous. However, this time that was not the case. They arrived 3 days after they were supposed to, half dead and moldy. I was mortified for my friend, the recipient who was recovering from surgery. When I made Amazon aware of the problem I was told there were no refunds. Shameful to say the least. Not only should I have receive a refund, but a new delivery of fresh and not dead and moldy flowers should be sent to my friend.
