2024-10-24T00:00:00I use this magnifying set often when crafting or even for woodworking if doing detailed work. The set replaced a heavier set I previously had which caused my ears to hurt. You can use these with temple pieces like glasses or with a band that will go around your head so there is no pressure on your ears. The light is rechargable (which is better than batteries in my opnion) and can be adjusted in both brightness and position. The magnifying lenses can also be adjusted in position - when you need to flip them up and out of the way or when you need that magnification. The case is perfect for storage and to keep everything together. IN one woodworking class several members asked to borrow this unit to help cut some fiddly pieces with the scroll saw. While i may see 20/25, you still at times need that help. Especially handy when using those 3mm rhinestones also!

2024-06-13T00:00:00I bought one of these for my husband to help him paint mini figurines. He absolutely loves it. I wanted to buy one for myself but after trying it on, I will not be purchasing one for me. I find it to not fit as snug as I would like. The worst part for me is the the ear pieces of the glasses. I have very long hair that I usually pull back and the ear pieces of the glasses have a sort of rubber tab on the sides. My hair gets caught on them and pulls really bad making it extremely uncomfortable to wear and painful to take off. It does come with a headband that you can use instead of the ear piece but I was not a fan of it. That is the reason for my 3 star, hubby would say 5 stars and I would say 1 star. The positives are, it has various lenses and a nice case to keep them in and it also has the headband. The lenses work well and the light is strong enough my husband can still paint after I turn the light off for bed. If the ear tabs were not a problem I would definitely buy a pair for myself, as for now I will look for a pain free option for me.

2025-01-18T00:00:00i never leave reviews, but after receiving these i have to say that wow are these things amazing. good magnification, good lighting and man are they comfy with the band. i didnt even try them with the ear pieces as glasses usually hurt my head. but with the band i can wear these things all day and no headache.

2024-01-13T00:00:00I needed to repair a pair of cheap reading glasses that I only use at home instead of my bifocals. Fortunately I didn't loose the tiny screw that held the nose piece in place. I also do models that often have small parts that are a) hard to hold b) need two hands c) hard to see. Looked for something wearable and ordered these. Worked like a charm. I tried the headband with my normal glasses but found that uncomfortable so switched back to the arms without my glasses on. I could still see the small screw and hole. the light is bright but takes a little getting used to to aim it at the part that you are working on. Just remember Focal Length changes with stronger lenses, so you may have to get closer to what you are working on.
