I doubtfully headed to amazon never having purchased anything electronic on here, but after much searching and reviewing and budgeting. I came to this one. I love that the light in blue, not green (maybe not a big detail for some but when a girl works on her home esthetic, a little blue light is everything) It's fast, efficient, has the re-usable filter, easy to clean, makes a lot of coffee and just all around perfect. -

They sent me a new one right away, however, it had a broken lid and also would not work properly. They have since sent me a third one, hopefully third time's the charm. -

2023-01-11T00:00:00I think the headline says it all. It is a great coffee maker; for a little while. A little weird to program, but all in all, worked well... FOR THREE MONTHS. Now when it is plugged in, it just beeps randomly, starts brewing randomly, and none of the buttons work. The steam from brewing coffee fogs up the display window. It seems like a short in the electronics due to not being properly sealed. Steam, is a reality for coffee makers. If you cannot seal the electronics... why are you making coffee makers? Spend your money elsewhere, as this one will not stand the test of time with daily use. -

2023-03-29T00:00:00I didn't check height of product and it is a little too high to fit under my cabinets, Also don't like the fact that it reverts to military time and doesn't give an option to keep my time all of the time. I don;t like military time. LOL To solve the height problem, I now have a coffee bar away from my cabinets.
