I have been using TurboTax since 1985 or so, I think. Anyway over 35 years. I have never had an issue with IRS on filing. I usually use the Premier version as I have had rentals and investments, and related expenses in the past. Simpler now that I am retired, and have dissolved some of these assets. I feel TurboTax always gets me the largest refund. I continually updated. Easy to sue and understand. I truly love TurboTax and have no problems recommending the program.

I've used Turbo Tax for 10+ years and never had an issue with its installation, performance or accuracy. Normally, that's a valid reason for a 5-star review, right? So why the 4 stars? The reason I is that their product will no longer run on Windows 7. Yeah, I know Windows says it's expired, no longer supported and all that, but it's a pretty solid operating system. It also works in the same manner as Windows 8, 10 or 11 does. It will also remain on my PC. Now, I have to find another way to use this software. I shouldn't have to be coerced into purchasing and installing new software, or a new PC or laptop.

I've used TurboTax since its inception. Never had a problem with it. Internet downloads are fast; installation is a breeze. Free updates keep your program current. The program does all the computation work and transfers information to state tax returns. Filing completed return is a simple process, as is asking for an extension, if needed.

Review is for Premier w/ State, 2021 tax year. This is quite possible the worst softare application I have have misfortune to purchase. Be aware that you need to shell out another $25 on top of the purchase price to efile for the state. Pennsylvania allows free efiling, so why does Turdo Tax charge $25? Yes, you can mail in the state forms, but as the software states "Just give us another $25 and your done". Just a price gouge in my opinion.
