2025-01-30T00:00:00I just downloaded this software and tried to run it. It asks for Name, Email, Organization, and license key. I put my name, email, and license key. For organization, I put NA because it is for personal use. It says the license key appears to be valid. But it also says "The server couldn't recognize the registration data. Please contact support." -

It will not download comes up as corrupt file would not even let me enter the code that most have issues with. have tried several things even our IT manager at work said it was a corrupted file. No help from Amazon. Reached out to developer and no reply. Do yourself a favor and keep scrolling. -

But when i click Activate, it also says "The server couldn't recognize the registration data. Please contact support." And the software do not let me do anything else.

2024-11-20T00:00:00At work we use AutoCAD. At home I use TurboCAD because I believe AutoCAD is overpriced and I experience the same bugs in AutoCAD for the last 8 years at least. They charge a LOT for a subscription for software that doesn't seem to be updated much. This version of TurboCAD software is for Windows, which means it will not work on MAC out of the box. I say this because there is a 1 star review stating the software doesn't work on MAC. Nobody said it would. That is not a TurboCAD issue. The Ribbon is customizable, and for the most part you can make it look very close to AutoCAD. You can even increase the size of the ribbon icons. I bring this up because there is a 1 star review claiming the icons are too difficult to see. Personally, since I learned on AutoCAD I setup my ribbon to mirror AutoCAD with a few additions that fit my style. I even changed the drawings space to match. This software is well worth the one-time purchase price. I use it to create drawings that I then run through CAM software for my CNC machine. It does not disappoint.
