In December it stopped sealing, so I contacted the manufacturer's customer service, and they sent me a new rubber seal within 2 weeks. It was easy to replace, and it's back up and running perfectly. 2025-02-14T00:00:00I bought this 2/2025 for my RV as I take sealed foods and need to reseal them on the trip. It's compact size is a bonus for me in the RV and it seals well. You have to push it down HARD to lock it to get ready to seal, but the lock and seal worked well. It takes longer to vacuum out the air than the FoodSaver I have at home, but gets the job done. I like that it has the container sealer attachment included, but have not tried that yet. I would recommend this.

2025-02-08T00:00:00The media could not be loaded. The machine is easy to use and works well so far (just tried it out today). Nice that they have a video to show how to use it, that was very helpful. Only downside was the bag cutter - it's Totally useless! Doesn't cut well at all, left a ragged end on the bag. But the machine works well. Just a bit confused on the setting for bag thickness so we left it on the default "medium" -

2025-02-06T00:00:00i am in love with this thing but i think i got a faulty one to be honest it keeps saying contact support but i will say that this is a really great price for the product that i am getting there is a cutter on top and it also has a vacuum tube option which was a plus for me only issues was the contact support thing but other than that i would recommend this to everyone saves the food and no more freezer burn

Imagine how well it would work in a conventional fridge. Also great for long-term storage of dry goods and refrigerated items. -

2025-02-16T00:00:00I have waited a bit to review this because there is a learning curve to success. The first time I used it the seal on my egg bites was short-lived. Within an hour air had entered the package. However, I have found that if I double seal the item (2 places) the seal works fine. Pulling back a half inch and sealing a second time isn't much extra effort. Now that I know this trick, I am quite pleased with this sealing machine. It is easy to use, and fairly quick. I purchased more bags here on Amazon and they work just as well as the originals that came with this. -

2025-02-18T00:00:00I bought a cheaper one (around 12 bucks) and it was hard to lock and didn't vacuum well so I returned it. This is my second try. It works perfectly. Very easy to use. I prepped single serving veggies 10 days ago. I just used my last pack and it's still fresh! Ok the leafy greens are slightly soggy but a lot better than just stored in fridge. Definitely recommend! -

The suction power removes the air quite well, the speed could be faster but hense the budget friendly price it's a pretty good product. I am happy with it and use it often.
