It is affordable and its quality is quite satisfactory, especially when you stick it on the glass of the vehicle. 2023-05-07T00:00:00I'm so bummed that I am writing this review because I really did love this phone mount. Before it broke the other day, it was a fantastic little phone holder. It stayed in place no matter what and my phone was secure when it was cradled in the mount. It also made it so much safer to use my phone while driving for GPS or when I wanted to change my music since it was on my dashboard so even when I did have to quickly glance at my phone screen, I could still see the road in my peripherals.

2023-08-05T00:00:00Well the instructions first off are terrible, a lot of times with these Chinese companies I go directly to the product and figure it out myself which I pretty much did. Those instructions were pretty much useless. It is easy to install if the instructions were good, took me a few minutes but I got the hang of it and how the whole thing works; yes there is three ways to attach it, the first by windshield, the next by vents and the third by dashboard. Now most people will want to attach it by the dashboard which makes sense without blocking air from the vents as well as blocking line of sight on the windshield. It's a permanent fix on the surface you select glass or dashboard so there's no going back and removing it (tips for anybody that has unsuccessfully stuck it on the windshield and didn't like the placement you can take it off with fishing line like a hacksaw you can take it right off dip it in Vaseline and it'll come right off with some effort). Which I did. So you better be careful where you put the actual plate that's sticky and is supposed to adhere to the dashboard. I have a Hyundai Elantra 2015 it did not stick to the dashboard no matter what I tried the vents did not like it can't really see anyone liking large Samsung s21 ultra phone pretty much blocking the entire vent doesn't make a lot of sense so I ended up attaching it to my windshield I was able to move it around to a certain angle that made sense but I would have loved to move it further down the glass it would have been a better fit. If you're still reading this review just make sure where you place the sticky plate and do what you can to figure out how much room you need. The mechanism to open the lock is a push of the button I've read some reviews where it stopped working the mechanism so we'll have to see I'm not a big fan of those too good to be true mechanisms that wear and tear and break down over time unfortunately. I would have actually preferred a manual way to unlock it. I would just recommend not getting this type of Mount it's just not overall worth it regardless of the cheap price go with a magnet mount. It still needs to adhere to the dashboard but all you need to do is put a magnet that comes with the product in the back of the phone in between the case and the phone, if you have a case. You put it on and take it off super duper quickly with magnet car phone holders.

2023-10-12T00:00:00I’m a rancher and a farmer in South Texas, so being able to put my phone up off of the seat or console is pretty dang handy, not to mention often safer for the phone. I carry one of them bigger iPhone, cause my arms aren’t as long as they used to be and it’s hard to see my phone without reading cheaters. I don’t always have them, so mounting my phone up is more convenient. Also I should tell you that my pickup spends more time off road in the fields and pastures than on road. Havin said that, this sucker holds my phone real steady and tight. It doesn’t move at all despite the bumps and jolts. If it’s strong enough for holdin a phone in a ranch truck, it should work right nice for everyone else. -
