2023-08-29T00:00:00I won't hold the manufacturer responsible, but I got what appears to be a previously opened unit. It was shipped to me in the original packaging (no exterior box) with no seal to close it, I'm surprised it made it to me intact haha. When I opened it I noticed that it was just stuffed in a plastic bag that looked crinkled up as if it had been used a few times. When I pulled it out there were some very light surface scratches, the "feet" were less than pristine, and I noticed a couple hairs (fur) and a couple fingerprint smudges on the screen protector (intact). I decided to go ahead and try it out before sending it back because if I didn't like it I wasn't going to get another one. It actually works great; I topped off all 8 tires on our 2 cars, along with a completely flat tire on one of our non-functioning vehicles, just to see how it did from 0 psi. It did great, I ran it for I guess about 12 minutes total (careful to keep it under the 15 minute max recommended before allowing it to cool down), and it did get warm, but it ran like a champ and got the job(s) done.

2024-06-03T00:00:00I purchased this portable air compressor about maybe two months ago, but only had the opportunity to use it a couple of times for my wife and daughters car tires. It was easy to use. It had enough power to inflate the tires, and I initially thought that it was a quality product and a good decision for me to purchase to keep in my wife’s car just for emergencies. The I’m company seemed to be reputable and sold not only air compressor products, but an array of other products which made me feel comfortable that I was purchasing a good quality product that would last at least more than three times? I’ve Included two pictures so you can decide for yourself if you want to take a gamble, because the power button would not turn on and I thought maybe it was the plug-in for the vehicle so I tried the other vehicle? Even checked the end of the socket that has a replaceable fuse and it was OK? I read a lot of this companies reviews about their products before I made my decision and they had received for 4 1/2 stars which is great! as a customer you think with all these great reviews, they would sell a quality product right? Well, I think it’s they have 4 1/2 stars because they sell so many products and they get a lot of positive reviews on other products not necessarily this product. I very seldom write any negative reviews about product, but I would just like everyone to be aware before they purchase this product because hopefully you won’t have the same issues i did. i’m going to contact this company and file a complaint, and I will follow up with a another review based on their response to my issue. I don’t know how good their customer service is. I hope it’s better than their air compressor, you know a consumer should not even have to go through all of this over an air compressor for personal use. I guess I should have bought another product that was maybe more expensive?, I’m just trying to help everyone else to make the right decision. Thank you.

2024-12-11T00:00:00What I really like about this air pump is that I pumped up three mountain bike tires extremely fast and it just worked. I had them all done within five minutes. It’s a great little pump. The only thing I could not find was how to turn on the LED light. If you hold the menu button down, it will turn it on if you hold the menu button down again it will turn it off other than that. This thing is freaking awesome.

2024-05-06T00:00:00I broke down and bought this because I was tired of paying almost $2 and only getting enough for one. I threw it in my trunk w/o reading the directions. As fate would have it on a day I was rushed I went out to find my tire almost flat. I have a big air compressor in the shed but I knew that would take at least half an hour to fill the container, get back to the car & fill up the tire. Then my son remembered the tire inflator in the trunk. But neither of us had ever used it before. Michael looked at the quick start pamphlet. It said to put one end in the cig. lighter, the other lock on the tire valve and turn on the car. There was a couple more buttons for if we wanted a certain amount air added instead of the default amount. Then we turned it on. When it hit the right amount it automatically shut off. So much easier, faster and cheaper than the air you pay for. Plus you can help someone else in need and it doesn't cost a thing except a few minutes of your time. I luv it. Even this 68 yr. old great grandmother can do it w/o too much effort.
