This is the version I prefer to use to do my own taxes. Very easy to download and get started. No complaints.

As someone who has used TurboTax for several years, I can confidently say that it's the best tax preparation software out there. Here's my personal experience with the software, broken down into different sections.

I've always downloaded files to D drive (a mounted mini SD card) without problems. This download did not work: Gave an "unexpected error" when trying to extract the PC executable. [both drives have about 250 gb of free space]. I then tried a new download. same issue. i then tried to extract to C: drive. same issue. Finally I downloaded to C: drive, and let it default extract to C: drive. Installed perfectly. Weird, but I'm happy now. I presume this is not an Amazon issue. May be an extraction size issue?
