2024-06-22T00:00:00I had trouble with a mesquite tree by my pool getting its small leaves clogged into my main filter. I ended up using these socks on my skimmer and pool vacuum canister. Now I just easily just change the socks when they are dirty. Not my pool filter basket rarely needs to be cleaned. This has made my pool maintenance so much easier. You just have to remember to change them out weekly or they do clog up but this is not a negative just a part of owning a pool. -

They catch everything we were shocked. This picture in my review was two days having the filter in place. This give me the confidence that my dog can swim in the water and it will catch all the hair and dirt without allowing it to go into my filter, highly recommen -

They trap the smallest dirt and particles, keeping me from cleaning the main filter as often. Easily washable, but for the price, throwing it out and using a new one every week is not a big deal. Very happy with the purchase. -

2024-06-18T00:00:00Works good on my Intex side mount skimmer. They are a little tight fitting but they work well. ONLY complaint is that this was double boxed, and the outer box was smashed and opened (to see what was inside) I think AMAZON/USPS/UPS etc. needs to crack down on their shippers/drivers BC they are opening boxes and stealing things (My Nikes went missing from the Amazon mail last month).

2024-08-25T00:00:00I love these socks. I have a large in-ground pool and these socks have cut my backwash of the filter by more than half. It traps all but the smallest of particles so my filter media stays clean extending the life of the media. And they work really good when you are manually vacuuming the pool to trap all the large debris at the bottom of the pool after a storm or around early fall when the leaves really start to fall and the pine needles find the pool. Highly recommend.

2024-12-10T00:00:00Those people who say you can use this filter sock on a ShopVac are mistaken. The pool sock filters I received are way to small to even come close to stretching to fit. Waste of time and money. The seller needs to list the size of these socks.
