The sound quality is great very loud for there size. I love the fact that the display on the case shows you the percentage of powered that's left in the earbuds gives you a sense of mind to knw how much time you have before you need to charge. That's a plus for me. The customer service agent Deng Shuying is a very awesome person really listens to your concerns and always finds a good solution to makes sure the customer is very happy and satisfied. 2023-07-10T00:00:00Like us all, I have bought so many Wireless Headsets and always find issues with them. I bought these Headsets thinking I would keep them in the gym bag for backup when I forget my day-to-day ones. After setting them up and giving them a try I have found them to be amazing to use. I now use them on a daily bases and have put my old ones in the bag as a backup. I would be heavy-handed and these can withstand the normal falling out of the pockets, bags, and off the table. The sound quality is great as I can do gym season and not have to listen to anyone around me with them on.

The sound is great and they never disconnect. I recommend these earbuds for everyone that does not want to spend a lot of money on those popular Ipod earbuds!

2023-07-01T00:00:00I bought two sets and both right ear buds failed within the first 2 weeks. The sound barely comes out anymore out of the right side. Reset the ear buds and still doesn't work properly.

2023-06-19T00:00:00These are the perfect size for a small purse, pocket, and for traveling! The automated voice that comes on can be a *tad* loud but that’s a tiny problem. The battery of the charging case also lasts a long time!

2023-12-04T00:00:00I bought 2 pairs of these and at first, they worked fine. But after about 2 months, both left earbuds volume went extremely low. I can only hear out of the right earbuds. Now, I am in the market for new earbuds which is frustrating because I really expected them to work for a bit longer than a few months. If anyone knows how to fix this issue, please let me know!

2023-07-29T00:00:00Very easy to use. For the value, it is a great product. No volume control and getting the headset out of the case is bit clumsy. Only single device connection at a time and for alternating between devices, have to diconnect from the bluetooth device and connect to the other device. Still a good product.
