2024-11-30T00:00:00I’m 7.5 months pregnant so my fiance bought this for me because my old bed was no good for my hips and back. I slept like a baby on this thing. Expanded extremely fast (launched my fiance when he was opening the bed- so be careful lol) Seems durable, not too noisy, and it really is a perfect balance of soft and firm. I no longer have issues sleeping on my side, and i sink into it just right. so far so good. Would’ve been 5 stars if it didn’t open the way it did, even though we followed the instructions so be wary of that.

2024-12-05T00:00:00Can I give 0 stars!!!??? Please read this review. Just got a brand new bedroom set, and we wanted to get a reasonably priced one instead of an expensive one. You get what you pay for, and now we have a horrible mattress and I have to go shop for a new one in an expensive furniture store. Thankfully Amazon was so kind and is giving us a full refund so we can trash this defective mattress and get a different kind. I’ve purchased a coolvie brand hybrid mattress off Amazon before for my daughter and it was great. However they stopped making that specific one, and the other ones similar had scary bed bug reviews so me and my husband carefully took time and consideration to order this mattress instead. There was so many good reviews. I even looked on YouTube for reviews. I thought it was going to be amazing. Later to find out it’s the worst mattress ever and this one has bad reviews and multiple bed bug reviews I wish I would have seen! I like a good medium firm mattress. We waited the full 72 hours for it before doing anything to it. I noticed a sag in the top, but was hopeful it would rise up. Only First night sleeping on it I stayed up all night crying. The whole top of the mattress where our heads lay is sagging down under our headboard. I felt like I was sinking and my feet were way up in the air. The mattress is hard as a rock. I tried every possible position. Back, both sides, stomach even and I never sleep on my stomach, I tried every way to use pillows and could not sleep. I stayed up all night so uncomfortable. It feels like there is a bone hard divider in the middle of the bed that is not mentioned. I hope this review keeps people from buying this, because I’m so upset about it and never want anyone to deal with these issues. Also opening the plastic off this was a nightmare. Me and my husband did it together and it nearly knocked us over and it was a ridiculous amount of plastic it took both of us to get it off. The mattress is so so insanely heavy. I’m really shocked. The mattress is a full and doesn’t fit my full sized bed frame. There is big gaps on the top and bottom. Now it’s going to be a big struggle to remove it. Stay away from buying this!

I didn't want soft or firm. My husband likes it but it was a bit too firm for me. I put a pillow mattress cover on it and it's a little better. I've had an expensive mattress before and they all wear out sooner or later so,,,,,,
