2023-10-13T00:00:00My friend told me about these when she heard my wellness doctor was helping me to detox. She said she has used them for years and the work well. I was hesitant to buy them since I read online that detox foot pads don't really work, but since she swore by them I decided to give them a try. They apply very easily, they stay stuck on all night, but I do put socks on over them. The very first night I applied them I slept for 8 hours straight, which I never do. I was well rested the next morning. The pad was nice and black the next morning, but I know this is a result of the active ingredient being black, and reacting to the sweat on your feet. So the black stuff on the pad isn't actually the heavy metals from your body, but you still know it is helping you detox because you feel amazing after just a few days of use. A lot more energy and you urinate quite a bit more the next day which is your body detoxing. There is a strong smell in the morning when you remove them for the bamboo vinegar, but you only smell it when you remove the pad. There is some black stuff on the bottom of your feet and some glue from the pad, but it quickly washes off. I would recommend you try them. -

2024-08-17T00:00:00Excellent foot detox. It's wide enough to do the trick, and the sticky sides 'stay in place' all night. Does not leak on bedding or socks. (I've used a similar brand but had to wear socks while sleeping in them manufacturer said to wear socks at bedtime. They did leak!). This brand, you don't need socks. When I removed this brand, please wipe off the excess with soap and water. I felt so refresh the next morning. Also, each packet has 2>one for each foot, which is excellent. No need to count how many, or which foot you want to detox, lol. Yes, this brand is EXCELLENT USAGE & PRICE!

2024-12-02T00:00:00Placebo effect? Maybe. But I swear by these when I have a stuffed up nose. I slap these on the bottom of my feet and I wake up feeling less stuffed up. I truly don't understand it...but I highly recommend these. They have super sticky adhesive and leave residue behind but nothing a quick shower or wipe won't handle. And they don't smell too odd - similar to gingsing. Cheap enough to give it a try and high quality.

2024-10-05T00:00:00I don’t know if they are working but I do feel better. My clothes are feeling looser but I haven’t lost anything on the scale. Downside - They smell TERRIBLE when taking them off. Kind of like an old extinguished campfire. Charcoal smell. They don’t have a smell when putting them on.

2024-11-25T00:00:00Just used this product for the first time last night and as you can see in the picture it works! Easy to apply and I wore socks to make sure that they stayed in place. There was a slight charcoal odor on the pad after removing them but not on my feet.
