I like that it is pretty thin and lightweight, easy to put in a backpack yet has a hefty battery that will charge you up many times before it needs to be recharged. It gives me peace of mind that I won't be stuck somewhere with no charge. Flashlight is nice and bright -

2024-10-09T00:00:00As my title states, this does charge in daylight but it also takes quite a bit of time. It also does charge from other sources, a wall outlet. I haven’t tried anything else like a generator or anything also it has a flash light on it. Kinda redundant if you have a smartphone. Anyway it holds a nice bit of energy. The strap it came with isn’t the greatest and I already broke it. But that may have just been me. It’s kinda bulky and most likely won’t fit in you pockets. It’s still an energy bank with big battery and can charge from solar but not fast. It was worth it in my opinion. -

2024-11-08T00:00:00I'm a little late in writing this review but I wanted to put this on for anyone it may help. This item is wonderful. I have tested it out several times as putting it to the test and I have not been disappointed at all. Also when it is fully charged it holds that charge it seems forever. I have been fully satisfied with this item. -

2024-10-03T00:00:00Bought two of these, about a year ago. Haven't had any emergencies that required me to use them, but I do occasionally connect equipment to them, to "exercise" the batteries. At first, I kept them in a south-facing window, to keep them continually charged, until I realized two things. 1) The heat they absorb, from the sunshine will reduce the life of the batteries (as heat does to any battery). 2) The attached solar cell has never generated enough to fully charge either battery, no matter how long I leave them in that south-facing window. I live in southern Alabama, so the latitude of my location shouldn't be an issue. However - I think having the solar cell is still better than not having one. I use the micro-USB charge input, to charge them, but in a power outage, I could at least get them mostly charged, in the sunshine. I took one star from my overall rating, only because of the solar functionality. Otherwise, the great capacity, quality of construction and price make this a very good buy, for my money. Would recommend. -
