2024-01-01T00:00:00Terrible unit, fluctuations in temperature, uneven heating surface. And worst of all, it will no longer heat up. It worked for about 4.5-5 months, made approximately 20 shirts with it before it stopped working. -

2023-10-21T00:00:00First one lasted 3 times using it. Had to go online and after a week of conversation they sent a new one. Def not metal, mostly plastic. Great for the hobbiest, not a good business starter one.

2024-03-21T00:00:00Bought this about 8 months ago. Have used it 2 times to make a few shirts. Got to use it today and it won’t up. If I had it to do all over I’d buy a different brand all together. Don’t buy. They will say they will warranty and send you random parts and such in the mail and not fix their product. Expecting you to be able to guess how to fix it. Don’t waste your time or money. Amazon shouldn’t even let them sale on here.

2023-06-26T00:00:00I was working on a project that needed about 100 presses. The machine was working GREAT and I was super happy with how the project was coming along. All of the sudden one of the sublimated prints came out very light and not vibrant like the rest. The heating element was losing heat; I was only about a third of the way through my project. I haven't tried using any of the auxiliary components. We tried to get in touch with customer support, but they were not readily available; will try again tomorrow.

2023-12-27T00:00:00Husband purchased the VEVOR F910 for my Christmas present. Opened on Christmas from packaging it was sent in. Assembled with the platen to test out. Platen had lettering images on it, scratched, dirty and obviously doesn’t work. Amazon refers you back to manufacturer, manufacturer is a nightmare. I will never recommend VEVOR or trust Amazon again with these types of items.

2023-05-24T00:00:00I ended up returning this item because I was disappointed that the parts were made of plastic except for the heating element. This would be good for light use, not daily pressing. The arm is lowered using a metal wheel on a plastic base. Just after install, that plastic base began to become scored, so after several uses, the pressure wouldn’t be the same.

2024-10-06T00:00:00I was skeptical about this machine, but when it arrived, I eagerly assembled it, excited to start pressing hats. Unfortunately, the quality turned out to be disappointing and on top of that, the cables sent were for European plugs instead of North American ones, making it a frustrating and not-so-great purchase overall. Why sell EU plugs machines in North America anyways.
