For a party where yo are doing multiple shirts and other items, this is the go-to product. When I do a company or church group tie die project for a service project or something, I am totally buying these again. That said, my wife and I were just in a goofy mode and wanted to have matching shirts for a fund date idea but we could not get our heads around what in the world we would do with the remaining dye, given these bottles are like 12-16 ounces each.

I'm far from expert, but I have successfully made about a dozen various shirts. Tulip dye has been easy to use and has actually resulted in successful shirts. The colors, Duke, the colors!

2024-07-12T00:00:00This kit provided great, rich colors and was easy to use. There are rubber bands and gloves in the box. There was enough color to dye 6 XL t shirts and a queen sized sheet and used less than half of the dye. I recommend getting something like a cooling rack with a tray beneath to set an item on while dying. Also, be sure to really soak your item through with color. I also recommend washing your items a couple times before dying (most fabrics have treatments on them).

2019-12-29T00:00:00This was bought for my daughters birthday party, and it was easy to use for everyone. All the shirts turned out beautifully. And the longer you let the shirts sit, the better the color. The only thing that would be nice is if there were some kids gloves either purchasable with this pack or included as the gloves included are too large even for an adult. They also had holes between the fingers and I was purple for a couple weeks. Lol. Would be nice if you could purchase other colors in the big bottles as well!

2021-06-24T00:00:00Bought this for my daughter's Tie Dye birthday. It was a success. The colours are bright and vivid. My only complaint is that they do not supply sufficient gloves. The dye colours goes right through them and stains your hands. I would suggest doubling up on latex gloves or use dish washing gloves, they are much thicker. I have not tried that, but thought would try next time.
